Es sind gut 100 Dokumente, die umgewandelt werden müssen. Dabei sollen die Dokumente in den Microsoft-Formaten nachbearbeitet werden: - SIlbentrennung aktivieren - Seitenumbrüche prüfen und ggf. korrigieren. Wir wollen unsere Angebotsvorlage in Word im Handling verbessern und suchen jemanden, der sich intensiv mit den technischen Möglichkeiten von MS Word auskennt (wir verwenden aktuell mehrheitlich noch Office 2016). Aufgabe: Wir bieten viele unterschiedliche Leistungen an. Diese sind in ca. 20 Positionen gespeichert mit einem Honorar je Position. Am Ende wird in einer Tabelle die Übersicht über das Angebot gegeben (Textmarkeninhalt). Problem: in den meisten Angeboten verwenden wir lediglich 1-3 der 20 Positionen und müssen aktuell händisch die nicht bestätigten aus der Vorlage herauslöschen.
