In einem kleinen Mittelständler (<10MA) soll eine Verwaltung für Event-Locations geschaffen werden, mittels derer Mitarbeiter Locations nach verschiedenen Kriterien filtern können und aus der Ergebnisliste Emailanfragen mit Textbausteinen generieren. Das soll alles im SharePoint-/MSO365-Kosmos passieren, entsprechende Lizenzen existieren. ...Quartal. Viele Patienten nutzen zur Kontaktaufnahme unser Kontaktformular auf der Website. Je nach Kategorie ist der Empfänger eine andere e-mail Adresse. Insgesamt ist das so sehr unübersichtlich. Für unsere neue Website, derzeit in Entwicklung, benötigen wir ein Kontaktformular, welches die Anfragen direkt in Sharepoint schreibt. Alle unsere Mitarbeiter haben ein Microsoft 365 Konto, sodass eine Benutzerauthentifizierung möglich ist. Die Bearbeitung der Tickets soll in Sharepoint erfolgen.
