Hier stimmt m.E. etwas nicht in der Formel der bedingten Formatierung. Bei 100% müsste der Balken genauso groß sein wie der blaue Balken. Ist aber immer 20% kleiner.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich bräuchte Unterstützung für ein ganz kleines persönliches, nicht unternehmerisches Projekt: Als Mac-User bekomme ich unter XAMPP keinen Zugriff auf meine 2 MySQL-Datenbanken. Ich sollte als localhost arbeiten, bekomme aber nur die IP zum Laufen. Aufgaben wären: - Verbindung PHP mit 2 MySQL-Datenbanken - Darstellung im Browser - idealerweise als localhost.
