...seeking a suitable design (furniture, colour) for two newly built flats with steel balconies. The flats are located near an old brick factory, so I would like to plaster the walls and ceilings with clay and possibly one could work in the design with brick optics (fireplace) and wood optics. As can be seen on the attached plans, I would like to accommodate a two-room and a 4-room flat on 1 floor. The access to both flats is via a common staircase (staircase is on the street side/noise side), as can be seen in the file. The flat walls have already been drawn in.
