Benötigt wird ein Plugin (vorerst f. Firefox, später auch für Chrome), das Affiliate-Tags in URLs ersetzt. Das Plugin durchsucht beim Aufrufen eines URLs nach bestimmten Teilen im URL und ersetzt diese durch fest vordefinierte (RegEx) Werte (siehe Diagramm).
