I need help performing small signal stability analy...performing small signal stability analysis (eigenvalue analysis) on the IEEE-39 bus system. As input I have the .RAW (load flow data) and the .DYR (dynamic data) files of that system. My preference is to either use Python or Julia to perform this analysis. In Python there is a module called "Andes" that does exactly that. In Julia the module that can do this is "PowerSimulationDynamics". So I do have the command to perform this.
