Hello! I distribute communication devices (small tablet computers) to German patients who can not speak by themselves. They use such these device to talk. If they press a symbol that shows a water glass, the computer voice says "Ich möchte etwas trinken." German health insurrances must pay for them. However, the try very hard to avoid this. For example, the urge families and patients on the phone to accept much cheaper (and much less effective) devices.
